Great breakfast friendly staff
Great location with clean comfortable rooms. I was not pleased with the airport shuttle which is why I choose this hotel and not something closer to the airport so I could at least see Spokane on my quick trip. Upon arriving at the airport, shuttle was very prompt and driver friendly. The next morning when I enquired at the front desk about the shuttle schedule, I was told it was only every hour on the hour and when I said I wanted to leave at 8:30 he pulled out the book where there were ZERO people listed to take the shuttle that day. He asked the driver if she could take me and she said the roads were too bad due to the snow. So I took an Uber (at my own expense), and the roads were completely fine for the Toyota Corolla! I think she just didn't want to clean the snow off the van and go out in the cold. Not a great hospitality moment. But I would still recommend the hotel for the price and location.
Thank you! It was a great stay!
Nice hotel nice view good beds good breakfast love the balcony suite.
Hotel is right on the river, which is nice. I did expect it to be a little nicer inside. Breakfast bar was good, could use a little more variety.
My second stay here. Rooms are wonderful, staff is great, and the view from the balcony rooms is awesome.
We love this hotel. Staff are friendly. The rooms are nice and big. The food is great. You can easily walk into town or the parks from it and the pool area has a hot tub, steam room and sauna. Please visit when you can.
The location is perfect to visit Spokane and walk to waterfront park in minutes. The room is very clean and silent. The staff are very friendly.
The staff was beyond exceptional. We arrived late, they sent a shuttle to pick us up. Breakfast was better than advertised and the staff providing breakfast were fully engaged and passionate.
This property is very convenient to Gonzaga University, Riverfront Park and downtown Spokane. There are lots of good restaurants nearby. We never drove anywhere while we were there because we could walk to all the points of interest we wanted to see. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired and the WiFi was very spotty.
