A whole bus of teenage volleyball players checked in and out on our floor and they were loud waking up the young kids , causing one to check out at night because of the noise

Surprised welcome drink was nice but complementary soup was empty and we could hear people talking out side of room from ours. Buffet Breakfast sausages are burned and pastries are not good, no microwave to warm up food. But all workers were friendly.

We were in the family suite which was perfect for my family of 5. My kids loved the complimentary breakfast. My husband love the complimentary nightly drink. Parking was always full at night and kind of a pain. It wasn't as quiet as night as I would have liked, but we lived. It was nice that we could walk to riverfront park, and other places.

Wonderful hotel. I have to give a shout out to the kitchen and bar staff. They were very accommodating both days that I was there. They would try their best to get you anything you needed.

Don’t like room configuration. Why put a the bathroom sink right opposite the bed. If one person gets up early and turns on the light or sink or both, it wakes the other person. Bad design. Also, you can hear everyone above and in the rooms next to you.
