KING BEDS! Comfy/Spacious home near Audubon Park

The "Comfy Craftsman" is a delightful 1910 Craftsman home offering an irresistible blend of 19th century architecture with modern charm & decor. You'll find this to be a well designed, comfortable home with space for the entire family.

Curl up in front of the electric fireplace or take a break from the summer heat with central AC. Enjoy a sip of wine and watch the sunset from the 3 season porch, or simply enjoy your morning relaxing in the luxurious canopy king bed. All bedrooms feature hybrid foam mattresses, along with feather and non-feather pillows. The two king bedrooms and the queen bedroom also feature fluffy down-alternative duvets comforters. All bedrooms and both family rooms have streaming SmartTVs with Amazon Prime and Hulu included.

On the back deck, the outdoor dining area is a perfect place for grilling some hamburgers and spending some quality time together. Maybe even take a short stroll to Audubon Park, a nearby neighborhood park featuring grassy and tree covered spaces, basketball court, playground and picnic benches. A picnic basket is at the home provided for your convenience.

Please note that there is limited ceiling space in the basement, up to 6' maximum height.

Dining areas:
Inside dining room has seating for 6; Eating bar overlooking kitchen has seating for two. Outside dining table has seating for 6 (typically available April - October), conveniently located off the kitchen

Laundry room and lower level bath are all in one room; Full sized washer and dryer; Laundry soap provided

High chair/play pen available upon request. Iron/ironing board and picnic basket are located in storage room for your convenience.

PETS?
We offer a fully fenced back yard. Two well behaved doggies may join you. They must be well behaved, housebroken, 1 year or older, plus they will need to be able to navigate the stairs off the deck to get to the fenced backyard. If your doggies do not meet the size/age requirements, please send the Host a note with some info about your doggies and special approval may be granted. There is a $48+tax pet fee. Sorry, no cats are allowed due to allergies.

PARKING
Most folks will find it the most convenient to park in front of the home on the side of the street. Off street parking is available behind the home. Additionally there is a *small* one car garage available for guests' use. Access is via the alley behind the home. Alley is *not* maintained so may be subject to snow/mud/ice.

BACKYARD
The backyard is fully fenced. The home features a deck off the kitchen complete with shade umbrella, outdoor lighting, privacy screen and propane BBQ - great for outdoor dining. It overlooks the gradual sloping back yard and has a stairway off it to access the backyard.

**This is a non smoking, non vaping home.** Exterior cameras are on site for security and compliance.

PROTECT YOUR VACATION! SPOKANE requires all vacation rental homes to be licensed. Permit numbers MUST BE displayed in all advertisements. Unlicensed vacation rentals can be closed by the City at any time. We are proud to offer our fully licensed home for your enjoyment.

FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 28 NIGHTS, a copy of guest's ID, plus a signed rental agreement will be required.
