It was pretty good. The pillows were amazing, the bed wasn't bad. There was a stain on one of the pillowcases ( which I found super weird because it was completely visible) and stains on the carpet. It can't be easy to get, what people spill, out but the pillowcase was bs.

The family room was perfect for us, the area seemed a little sketchy and building looked run down from outside. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Great restaurant right next door which was perfect. Will definitely stay again as room was exactly as described and spacious for our family!

The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast isn’t great, just refrigerated German and go. But it’s an economical type place.

Checked in and staff was not friendly or seem to care. After checking in found out the pool and fitness room were shut down. It was 37 deg C at the time and looked forward to the pool.
