Overall, this is a clean, good hotel in a convenient location. BUT our room was FREEZING when we got in past midnight. We had to quickly turn the heater on and could not undress or go to bed, as it was so cold that we had to sit in our coats for over 20 min and wait for the room to warm up.
Interior remodel was well done; rooms were nice.

They were rude and refused service because I would not give my bank card I would only use my pay pal card they were just being really really rude about it.
I wasnt able to check in for an hour and a half after their (already late) check in time. They basically told me to leave and come back later. So inhad to sit in the car with my tired hungry crabky kids for an hour and a half and when i went back in they still werent ready we stood there for another good 10-15 min before we were given a key. Other than that the stay was good.
