Great towels and pillows. Ok bed. Very clean. Elevators did not work unless you went to the front desk and had someone come with a management card (room keycards were not working). Unfortunately, in the middle of Covid, they put another party in the adjoining room. I heard about their eyeliner, hair, boyfriends etc. They also shared their music. They were up past 1 a.m. and up 6 hours later (Saturday). When we shared our concerns with management, they adjusted the room rate and were polite, but didn't respond to the underlying concern regarding the placement of unrelated parties in adjoining rooms when the hotel has few guests. This is a 4 star hotel, but not a 4 star experience. I won't be back to this hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Smells nice and the rooms are flawless

the staff was super great . the elevator keys where not working

Always my hotel of choice great consistency, property and staff!

The hotel is ok and location is great. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience when checking in. They told us to go to the historic Davenport then when trying to check in there they told us to go back and promise move our luggage. They took a lot of time to call us back knowing that we were with a toddler. Our luggage was not in our room, as promised, and we needed to call twice to get them back. Summarizing, very disorganized and the personal was not properly train. Awful experience.

The Davenport Towers is a beautiful hotel. The lobby is spectacular. So much to see. The devote is beautiful. Our room was perfect - the shower was huge! Room service was quick and delicious. I’d definitely stay there again. The rate was very reasonable - the pool was clean, warm and relaxing. I truly can’t say enough good things about The Towers. We’ll be back!!!

no room service nor food when we arrived when they advertised being open till midnight . no king size bed, wrong hotel, place smelled weird

I stayed in a Suite on the 19th floor. The view was incredible...

nice hotel with large rooms downtown just across from gracious old Davenport. meals are more costly than I like. pool and exercise room nice facilities in the basement
