Absolutely a beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
Great atmosphere, friendly staff.
We were in town for our daughter's college graduation and this was the perfect place to stay. Go Pirates - class of 2023!
Great job by the staff! Convenient location, great weekend all around!
It's 3 blocks from the start of the Bloomsday Lilac Run. Very convenient for that.
This used to be our go to place to stay in Spokane, but not anymore. Resort fees charged for water bottles in rooms that aren’t there, only one bath towel in the room for two of us, no hot water in the shower, yet hot water in the sink…I will find another place to stay or won’t go at all to Spokane,
The hotel is conveniently located downtown Spokane within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very clean hotel and the food and drinks were great!
While overall an excellent property in Spokane, I was disappointed to see a very odd pricing tactic: charging for "amenities" that should be directly included in the room charge. Nearly all other non-resort hotels do this. However, this hotel did not.
Beautiful place!
Very well kept and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town.
Always love staying here when I travel to Spokane. I highly recommend the towers. Thanks again for a great stay!
The property was very nice. Just the area that it is in didn't appeal to me. I didn't feel real safe walking after dark.
Very comfortable beds and nice decor of the rooms.
Issue at the beginning existed (faulty door), but was fixed.
All good
Very clean. Great location. Bar area was hoppin' and everyone was enjpying themselves. Would stay again.
Staff at checkin seemed distracted and not inviting upon checkin.
