I booked at the last minute on a Saturday night, and this was the cheapest accommodation I could find that had any space left in Spokane (which is always a red flag). When I arrived, I saw what looked like working girls leaving the hotel. After that, a car kept cruising through the parking lot and stopping whenever a few individuals approached. I don't know if transaction were happening, but it didn't give me confidence that my motorcycle would be there in the morning. So, I stripped off my panniers and put my locks on the bike. I also left my front curtain open slightly to keep an eye on it. The hotel can't do anything about the area that it's in, but it seems like they didn't really try to keep it clean. I ate at a local eatery that was a block away called

I travelled on a budget and alone,so things that I would otherwise consider when booking with spouse, like cleanliness, amenities, were not at the top of my list. If you are used to a certain level of comfort, cleanliness, noise - this is not for you. If you have kids, any age, this is not the spot. Eg. there was no sink in the bathroom, the sink was in the room where the bed is. In summary, if you are a guy, travelling alone, on a budget, this might be for you

There were people bbqing in the parking lot, broke down vehicles, homeless people beside the property. I felt like i might catch something if i slept under the sheets. Worst hotel ive ever stayed in.

A Property that Shows its Age

This is an older property on the edge of downtown in an area that has street people (I do not know if they are homeless.) The location was great, and there are some good restaurants within a few blocks. The property is showing its age, and can use some repairs.

They asked me for a separate deposit after I had gotten there that they never returned for a room that had a ladder. The bathroom light didn’t work. The fan didn’t work in the bathroom. It was still under construction. They had a ladder in there some tools some other stuff and we stayed in there still kept the $40 deposit that we had to put down absolutely one of the worst days that I’ve ever had
