It was fine. Not quite as trouble as it seems. Would possibly stay again.

Upon entering the room, it appeared to be nice, but as we started looking arounf there was filth everywhare. The mattress was stained, the bed rail was caked with filth. The bathroom door looked like it had CSI fingerprint dust on it. There was a nail sticking out of the vanity.

good location. good rate. no frills. no coffee. no pool.

We booked a night in this place knowing it was a bit of a run-down motel, but did not expect what we saw upon arrival. The parking lot was crawling with homeless and other seedy-looking characters. We drove through the lot and kept going, forfeiting our $. I would highly advise against stays by here.

Very low quality for the price. Dirty looking curtains and shower curtain. Cigarette butts all over the ground. “Non smoking room” smelled like smoke.

Great customer service and security. Clean rooms and decent price for last minute.

Very nice people, clean rooms, good security. I will certainly stay there, next time I'm passing through!

It was a pit. Very disappointed. I would not recommend it. The discription on line was very misreprsented. It was not worth the rate they charged. I wish now I had driven the extra 90 minutes to my reservation at the Marriott hotel. There was only 12.00 a night dufference in the price to stay at a luxury hotel. Who knew...

I was not expecting the Ritz Carlton, but a clean room to sleep in for a quick overnight in Spokane. . First off, the photos of this motel that are posted everywhere are extremely misleading. They look nothing like what it actually looks like. The staff is not friendly. Our sheets and pillows were stained with God knows what and blood. They moved us to another room. The sheets were good this time but there was blood on one of the pillows and the toilet had used toilet paper and poop in it. Just gross. I did have a lovely conversation with a prostitute in the parking lot though.

It was above decent for the price. The check-in staff were wonderful and explained everything. I slept soundly.

Clean enough and everything worked fine except WiFi. Train can be heard at night.

We observed numerous drug deals right in front of our window. Alot of unsavory individuals. Screaming, horn honking, etc.. One car came back to the parking lot three times that we saw for drug deals. Some man was knocking on our door. We could tell he was very high. Apparently the hotel allows weekly rentals. Very unsafe and frightening. We left and found another hotel.

Wifi did not work the entire time. Pillow cases and sheets smelled like someone had already slept on them - luckly I brought blankets to use. Pretty quite, but people out walking around to different rooms and hanging out near cars all night.

The staff here are very friendly and accomondating. They try very hard to help during your stay. While there is no breakfast and a train runs nearby, the price point is low and good value!

I was there for a wknd conference. Although the room was clean and spacious, the bed was uncomfortable, uneven and lumpy. The toilet had a hard time flushing. No mini fridge or microwave. I brought my own food for diet restrictions and had to continously get ice and eat my food cold. The ancient tv turned itself on and off all night and the apples I had on the table rolled on the floor over night. Ghosts? Or because the trains right behind the hotel that went by shook the room and bed? Area is shady. Lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance, but wouldn't walk out alone at night. Not a bad stay if you are on a budget. Overall it was ok for the money.

Wasn't happy their was bedbugs. I was told they would find me a different room. Never happened. No fresh towels. Had to be out of my room for 5 hours and never gave me a discount about the problems I had.
