"Shuttle bus hours of operation not so convenient. We had to take a shuttle hours before our flight with young children as there were no shuttles after that time before our flight. When we returned from our trip and requested a shuttle back to the hotel for our second stay, the receptionist was very rude and told us there were no more shuttles. Were travelling with young children who were very tired. They did eventually send a shuttle after we waited for quite some time. Recommend staff being trained to be friendlier and understanding for guests travelling with children. Room clean. Great breakfast selection. All other staff were friendly. Was just this person. Not sure i could recommend this hotel for families. But aside from that it was a good experience."

"The stay was very pleasant. Having the indoor pool and breakfast made it easy on the family. Very enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Easy access to Spokane activities. Loved our stay."
