Called right after my booking as my booking said i couldnt check in until 4pm , i was only 2 hrs out so i called to see if i could check in still when ever i got there , before 4pm , the employee was super cool and told me its dependent on vacancy and told me he had a room available for when ever i got there, when i arrived , brandi the weekend supervisor told me I couldnt check in until 4pm , and the previous employee isnt supposed to do that and unfortunately was just very rude, especially with her tone as i was just trying to explain what i was told, so i ended up having to wait 2 hrs in the parking lot , not to mention the WiFi is terrible!! Kept kicking me off every 2-5 minutes!! Also theres no elevator to go to the second floor, it said silver stone was the better version of the super 8 as it is more expensive, but yet the super 8 right infront is cheaper, has nicer staff, and an elevator and theyre wifi works great as ive stayed there multiple times, i also dont necessarily understand how u cant check some one in until 4pm as what if someone is traveling and its 2 am or something and they want to get a hotel? Youre telling me you wouldnt be able to check them in??! Thats basically what brandi told me when i asked that same ? In person she said yes that would be correct , ive seen brandi attending to the super8 a few times and shes always seemed to have a very negative annoyed tone, i feel she needs to be talked to about that!
