Requested a lower level room and they said that they never received the request. No elevator so had to carry our suitcases etc. upstairs to our room. Staff at front desk was pleasant. No hairdryer. Bath towels skimpy. Enjoyed the breakfast at Dennys.

It was ok here, the bed was fantastic. The paint was new (but over old walls). Overall it was clean :) The outlying neighborhood isn't great and it's next to a major freeway. It wasn't too expensive and it was convenient.

We had a nice stay. The room was nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast option worked well for us and the restaurant was next door. We didn't have the time to enjoy.the pool and hot tub. Next week we will pass through Spokane again and plan to stay there again.

Staff was courteous. Easy to get to. Breakfast was Dennys across the small street. Was very nice. Climbing the stairs to the third floor with baggage was a little rough but the comfort of the room made up for it. Very clean and comfy.

The person who checked us in was amazing … (I would giver a 10) she was quick to help us with everything including letting us check in early since we had a rental car to return. The morning person not so much, she was grumpy and grouchy (I give her a 2). Having the breakfast at Denny’s was a wonderful bonus of yum.

The front desk checking out double charged me for my stay then told me it would be 3-6 days before my refund would be done because he did not read that it was already paid after i told him it was and he laughed thought it was funny not even a sorry now i have a charge on my card i require back fir my trip they need to train there people better

The room is very clean. The hotel is maintenaned well. The elevator is broken, but not an issue for us and we stayed on the top floor(3rd). Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Was not happy with my stay on the photos when booking hotel there was a waffle machine and when we got there they didn’t have one. Another thing that we didn’t like was we stay at a hotel with a pool we don’t expect to have the other hotel next to us get access to the pool. Was very crowded and not enjoyable Only thing for breakfast was a granola bar coffee and juice. To me not a Continental breakfast. Wouldn’t stay again.

Getting into this hotel can be a bit confusing. We booked for the breakfast option but were given a voucher for Dennys instead. With 2 young children, breakfast at the hotel would have been more convenient

Homeless sleeping in the parking lot & trying to sneak in. Dont fall for their Denny's coupons, at almost $4 just for a cup of coffee you are better off going elsewhere. 4 people AFTER coupons, AND 2 of us split a meal - $85. Room was reasonably clean. Make sure your entire party carries ID. No elevators, be ready to haul your bags up stairs unless you can get a ground floor.
