Staff was friendly except for cleaning staff which completely forgot to clean our room one day. Even after we asked about cleaning time .

Monique is a gem and busboy who works with her. Not guys at night or shuttle which took two hours to pick me up. No restaurant like stated on web page. I stayed because you had a restaurant.

Was clean and overall a good stay. I would recommend and intend to stay there again when in the area.

It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great. It was great.

I always know I can count on a clean and comfortable room at Holiday Inn. Stayed here for a wedding as one of the hotels recommended by the bride - another guest stayed at a different hotel that was cheaper and regretted the decision. Good value for the price.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms very good shape. Did not get chance to try breakfast.

My daughter and I were in town with a dart team. Most of them stayed across the street from the tournament. We stayed at Holiday Inn Express because their "rating" was so much better. The front desk people were so great! And my dart team friends were jealous when they heard we had complimentary cookies and milk before bed, then a great free breakfast out on the patio the next day! Made our trip really nice. Will stay here again for sure!

Nothing short of exceeding expectations - breakfast, coffee, location, friendliness, cleanliness, pool, exercise room, staff efficiency, politeness, professional, and the list goes on.

The Holiday Inn Express had a comfortable bed and pillows. They needed a bigger sign off the exit, you could barely see it. We got upgraded to a Suite because they had overbooked but it was nothing spectacular. It was pretty much like most hotels.

Very friendly staff, and nice amenities, but $159. for a hotel room that is not five stars and on the river in Spokane is a bit on the pricey side. I would place the value in about the $80. to $90 dollar range

Overall this hotel was great, nice firm and comfortable beds, quite rooms, and great location for us. my only real complaint was that someone took all the jets out of the hot tub one night so they just bubbled, NOT the fault of the hotel. I would stay there again. The Bar that is in the same parking lot as the hotel is well lets say interesting for a local bar, not really for travelers thou.

Just off the highway yet quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Free basic breakfast. Nice, comfortable room. Will go back.

Stay here because it is the best bang for your buck. Just stay away from the biscuits and gravy.

This was not a cheap place to stay. So while it had a quality bed, was clean, and was a generally decent place, that is what we expected. During our stay, we had some room-specific plumbing problems. Both the tub and the sink drains were in need of some Drain-O. And the sink faucet squirted right at us and onto the carpet. We took the showers in the morning before leaving, so we didn't have any time to wait on maintenance. And that meant standing in soapy water while showering - yuk. Clearly, their housekeeping doesn't communicate with maintenance. Yet I acknowledge it is common at many hotels - usually, the cheap ones.

Excellent, rooms are not as updated as some at convention center, but for convenience for downtown, convention center and mall and where we visit is great. And no annoying pre-teen and teen athletic teams where coaches don't watch them. Plus, I don't need the latest "designer decor". Clean, bed was comfortable, shower had instant and plenty of hot water and everything else in room was good. Did not have opportunity to try internet, but will definitely rebook next time I am in (am in 3 - 4 times a year) and will take the opportunity to try that. Breakfast was good too, with lots of choices and patio area.

This was a great hotel, wit very friendly staff. The location right off the interstate was also perfect. Would highly recommend it to anyone! The only problem i found was trying to find a parking spot since everyone that was at the bar that is located in the hotel parking lot was parked in the hotel parking lot and not in the bar parking. Other than that, would definately stay there again!!!

It was a wonderful experience! Fabulous room, great staff, & the continental breakfast was WONDERFUL!!!

Shopping and Hospital Stuff! This is my favorite place to stay while in Spokane! It's in the middle of nearly all I wish to do! Easy access to the freeway and the Breakfasts are Wonderful!

Hospital visits, shopping, family stuff

Other than the fact they put us on the 2nd floor and in the middle of the hallway, despite the fact I requested handicap accessible I love this hotel.
