Needed to use hide bed in living area for 3rd person. Matress srings coming through the meaterial and no padding on matress. Ask hotel for cot or different room. No cotsa and the said all couches had same matress.

Perfect place to stay for a family that wants to visit Silverwood Theme Park in Idaho.

We were relocating across the country as a family and stayed at many hotels, especially Residence Inns. This hotel was dated, but, the rooms still sufficed, the staff was very nice, and they even reduced our pet fee from $75 to $25. Although I rated more variables at 3 stars than 4, I gave the hotel a 4 as the pro's outweighed the cons.

Even thought the hotel was at 100% occupancy, it was quiet and got good rest. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay. We had a room close to shopping and other consciences. It has a great pool and full kitchen. Asked forca later checkout, as my daughter was sick through the night. They gave it, no problem. We were certainly book again!

The room was perfect. Our room had a "real" kitchenette, desk, table w/2 chairs, sofa, cushioned chair, large flat screen tv and king size bed. The room was very clean. Staff was extremely nice and knowledgable. Pool area was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and they kept it full until the end - most places stop refilling about 1/2 hour before they close it. I will definitely be coming back again and again. Nicest hotel we have stayed in a very long time!

nice quiet place.ample food for moring and evining. the bed was very uncomfortable. the room had all the necessery equip. I attended schooling at a kingdom hall for Elders, my wife stayed at the motel.

Close to restaurants.Clean. Nice staff.

The Spokane, Wash. valley Residence Inn was just like a "home away from home" for us. I made reservations for just my wife and myself to stay for just one night so I could rin the Bloomsday Run. We had some unexpected things happen just before we left Kalispell, Mt. and we ended up taking our 4 year old grandchildren with us. I didn't have time to let them know of the changes, so we just left hoping for the best. Well, when we got there and I checked in, I let them know that there are now 4 of us instead of just 2, the lady at the front desk said "that is no problem" the room had a hide-a-bed and the grandkids stayed at no extra charge. That was a wonderful thing to have happen, especially since we had no warning that they would be coming with us. Also they were very lenient on the checkout time. I was able to run the race, take the bus back to the Inn, and they let us stay longer at no extra charge just so I could take a shower and get cleaned up. With that kind of service I would stay there every chance I get. Thanks a bunch. Bob.

And a bargain (relative) too. Stayed in a one bedroom, and it was nice to have the privacy with the kids along, someting unavailable in a studio-only hotel without getting a seond room. Good selection of restaurants nearby (long walk or short drive), though not on the premises. Several restaurants deliver to the hotel, or provide to-go pick-up.
