This place is disgusting. I brought my son to Circus Circus for the first time. I never thought I would run into such a disgusting hotel and Lobby the second I walked in. I got a headache from the disgusting smell of cigarette mixed with deodorant unfortunately it was already too late to cancel. I had to pay for an upgrade and even the upgrade was not enough. It’s so disappointing.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we had. We booked an "upgraded"room through Orbitz from the start. The first room we were given smelled strongly of smoke. After requesting a change, the second room had a broken bathroom door knob. Eventually, we stayed in an Upgraded West Tower room. Even the upgraded room had major maintenance issues. The wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, making the room look old and neglected. The thermostat was an outdated mechanical unit and appeared to be malfunctioning. We constantly had to switch between heating and cooling just to remain comfortable. Housekeeping was the worst part. We requested room service for three days in a row and no one ever showed up. Eventually we gave up. The room started to smell from used towels, and we had to leave garbage outside the room just to get it collected. For an upgraded room, this level of poor maintenance and service is unacceptable. This hotel is badly managed and not worth the price.

Casino itself is ok but the Manor rooms are another story. Room was VERY outdated and the smell was terrible. Smelled like dingy old carpet. Nasty!. I could have sworn they're were rats or something in the bathroom walls as i kept hearing scratching and something trying to bite through the drywall. Only happened at night and would stop at the break of dawn. Creepy. Would not stay there again well at least not at the Manor side. Casino rooms have to be better.
