We loved the room was very clean! Only thing I can say that I was highly disappointed about the service. I tried to order room service at 10 which the menu says serving until midnight but when I called the front desk they said they were closed already. Also, I paid an extra $30 for breakfast which ...

The interior was a mess. Our floor had experienced some water damage so the wallpaper was peeling and was stapled ...
I loved the elevators and the view! Nothing bad to say. Hate much was closed due to covid
The staff is gracious and accomodating. This is where the hotel really wins. The hotel's main areas are opulent and appealing - however, the rooms are surprisingly dated and worn. The amenities are few (however the pool access during covid is a huge plus). There is no room service and no in-hotel ...
A quick overnight stay with no complaints other than there was no food available for carry out when we checked in in the evening or checked out in the early morning.

Bed is very comfortable and all the pillows. The room that I have has a sofa bed that is also big. Netflix available on their tv plus hbo’s and ...
Room were clean and roomy. I kinda felt like I was in Europe or South America the way the room was set up. The hotel is huge! A little tricky to find but worth it.
We stayed there for 5 nights with our 3 kids. The hotel room was very roomy for the 5 of us! Very convienent location. Good breakfast. Great pool/hot tub and the kids loved the outdoor games as well. The only thing I didnt like, was having to pay an additional daily parking fee.
