Very friendly staff rooms are clean a bit dated. We really only slept in the room so that was fine
Paid for room via Orbitz. Showed up and was not allowed a room because Hotels.com didn’t transfer money to Redl
4 Awesome. Sad there's such limited parking, and I'd check both elevators. One is worse, but they both have busted security panels, and sound like they grind against something when in motion.
Staff was warm, friendly, attentive and helpful during breakfast and with helping to identify a good restaurant for delivery.
Nice spacious room but the bathroom is dated. Nice staff and service is great. The AC unit had a smell coming out when we are at the balcony. It is the water outlet I think is being clogged and smelling. Overall a good hotel. We'll come back because of the easy access to the beach.
Matt and the front desk was amazing. He was professional and polite. We had a horrible experience at another hotel the night before, so we checked out of there and came here. Matt called us and allowed us to check in early! Thank you again for such a relaxing stay. I will stay here every time that ...
Hotel was okay but way too far from the beach. The woman in the lobby who checked us in had no idea what she was doing which is probably why I’m still waiting on a refund for one transaction since I was incorrectly charged twice.
The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and very comfy. The location was perfect and they have great parking. We were there for 4 days with 2 kids under five and the space in the room was perfect. For a 2 star hotel i was extremely impressed. We stayed in a 3 star hotel last year and it was ...
Great location. Looks like the rooms were recently updated and painted. Only concern was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces and not too tight, but the ramps are steep.
Nice, clean room feet from the beach. My family ate breakfast at the hotel (buffet was great).
