We were very pleasantly surprised at how quite the hotel was. Very one was very friendly and the room was clean. Comfortable beds. They surprised us again with the breakfast they provided. They had an omelets and waffle bar with someone to make them for you. It was delicious.
I called to the front desk for item to be sent to my room. Items never came up, even after going to the front desk for them after call twice. Also killed a roach in the bathroom
I booked this hotel because of the location and the indoor pool. I checked in and was told they had to schedule ur time to be in the pool and that it was increments of 30 minutes due to the pandemic. Was booked on the 3rd floor. The ice machine on that floor was out of order so to get ice you would have to go to another floor. Went into the room, there was long curly hair on the bathroom floor, the tub plug was closed with water in it, the bathroom sink was dirty and there was no shampoo/conditioner/soap at the sink (the little display tray was there with nothing on it). Called the front desk n had to go back down to get a different room key. Then was placed on the 5th floor. I got the queen suite i believe and they had a small flat screen tv between the bed and the living room. If you have bad eyes you would not be able to see the tv from the bed. I plugged my ps5 into the tv and only 1 hdmi outlet was working on the tv out of 3 outlets. So i unplugged the cable out of the hdmi outlet and the ps5 worked fine except the tv went full blast and wouldnt turn down with the buttons on the tv or on the remote. So i couldnt even play call of duty because i didnt want to wake any visitors. At 4am the following morning to go down to my car and was waiting on the elevator for 10 minutes. Couldnt even hear it being used. Even pressed the up button because at this point i would have just been glad to get on the elevator. Called the front desk and took the stairs. No cameras on the stairs
[Covid version] Nice and polite staff all following public health rules, free onsite parking, decent free breakfast (individually wrapped food such as omelet, biscuits, muffins... etc, and and warm up in your room's microwave.) Overall a pleasant stay.
Breakfast staff had an employee makinf and serving the waffles at the buffet which made the waffle area flow much smoother.
The rooms looked old , and the breakfast was horrible - eggs were cold and hard.
Nice place overall. Not far from the beach and much better than the options available at the beach in comparison to quality for your money.
The staff was awesome And room was very clean with comfy beds
The lobby and meeting areas were nice and clean. My room was spacious.
