The hotel’s public areas were okay. We arrived on Friday and departed on Monday. Our room was fine when we arrived. There was a sticker on the bathroom mirror stating housekeeping would only service the room every other day. Tacky given what we were paying for the room but okay (would have been nice to know that before booking). So we stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never showed up even once. Unacceptable! Damp towels and wet wash cloths everywhere, overflowing trash cans, unmade bed for days. No thank you. We spent our days visiting family and it was too late when we returned to call for service. Short answer: we won’t stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone else. They need to do better.

Issues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going.

The room faced a bright light and there was no way to close the black out curtains more than half way. The bathtub water dripped the entire time. Had to close the door to sleep. For the money, this hotel was ok nothing special.
