Helped me board easily with my service dog
Friendlyv staffs and I feel like being taken care of.
This survey is bad - too constraining. Flight was fine, plane was old. Bad turbulence almost the whole way - nothing you can do about that, so mostly appreciate that we arrived safely.
Arrival gate at SJC was A11 but baggage carousel was B3, Pilot advised it as a short walk but it was a very long hike. It made me regret voluntarily checking my carryon.
Only bad thing long lines check in
The flight was on time and quick
Very nice staff at JetBlue
Late to take off. Redirect to Sacramento. Late to arrive.
I had surgery on my leg and I couldn't even sit in an aisle seat..
