The Hotel was nice staff front desk was not friendly
Beautiful property. Rooms are also just as beautiful just very small. Bed super comfortable, high end bedding. Bathroom is very nice all glass shower. Staff very kind & helpful , Would stay again. Just the area its in is a really bad area of town. Felt unsafe almost. Lots of homeless people walking and all the stores close by are ran down. Our car had rocks thrown at it while it was parked infront of hotel by an angry homeless man. If you wanna stay in the nice downtown area stay at San Pedro Square area. Not here. You can walk around the other area and it even have farmers market.
Parking was either valet (overly expensive) or “find your own and walk a quarter of a mile.”
Room was small but very well organized. The shower is amazing. The only inconvenience is parking. With valet being 45 and having to call it in to get your car. If you want to do cheaper you have a parking lot across the street for 23 but there are no in and out privileges.
It’s architecture is outstanding and classy. It’s also very close to The Ritz, the venue where the rock band I love performed last night
Staff was friendly. Room service was way to slow I was told it would only take 30 mins to get my bowl of fruit , hot water , and beer. It ended up taking 2 hours and I still had to pay for it. Also the room was extremely dusty everywhere . They also need to offer more channels.
The hotel had the look of a classic old hotel with very model bathrooms and beds. Loved the amount of pillow and quality of the mattress and sheets. In the bathroom they have Toto toilets and us the Kohler hydrorail rain head with hand held on a bar. Very nice.
Nice place, room had plenty of space nice and clean. Check in was nice and easy great customer service
only there for one night ! good experience overall
The room was so clean and the staff are very friendly.
