Paid for king suite, but stayed in 2 queen beds instead. Was initially put into an Accessibility suite that had a king bed but the washroom was a disaster and floor carpets were dirty (that suite needs major renovation asap). Afterwards was put in a 2 queen bed suite which met expectations. Didn't bother checking the rate differences in the end but this should have never happened. Breakfast was provided so that was a good thing. Rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained otherwise. Parking was charged extra which was a disappointment.

Amazing place to stay in San Jose

First time staying at Hyatt House in San Jose. What a great experience from first step in lobby and being welcomed by Cecilia at the front desk. Cecilia was so amazing! Super friendly and helpful, such amazing service. So informative and made sure if we needed anything to just give her a call at the front desk or just ask anytime we were in the lobby. Cecilia went above and beyond my expectations...really top notch service!
