Perfect transit hotel. I was flying out of Singapore early in the morning and it was so easy to get to my flight. Breakfast was not great, but adequate before an early flight.
Situated near the airport, this hotel is within 6 mi (10 km) of Changi Business Park, Singapore Expo, and East Coast Park. Downtown East and Changi City Point are also within 6 mi (10 km). Changi Airport Station is 14 minutes by foot.
This hotel cannot be compared with normal hotel stay. Only redeeming factor of this hotel is the convenience of location for catching flights from terminal 3. A coupon for a meal is provided with the stay at the adjoining lounge. Quality of food and service at this cafeteria is worse than any fast ...
We loved the hotel, it’s location, friendly and very helpful staff. Room was very clean and beds comfortable, the roof top pool was our favourite part of the hotel. Would definitely stay again
I didn't like the lobby, crowded and disorganized, as well as a lack of reception. The do it yourself model is the opposite of welcoming guests.
Good: -Clean room -No odor -Friendly staff -Cheap rates -Close to Gloria Outlet, 10minutes walk Bad: -WiFi access did not work, I did not ask for help because of my short stay -Rooms are small, you get what you pay for -No toothpaste/brush amenities, so bring one!
It was very good quality for an excellent price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Airport shuttle bus, not as nice as the hotel and was a little tricky to connect with at the airport but worth it.
The staff are very accomodating ,Good customer service . They able to help us and assisted us on all our concerned about our trip and cruise in Singapore. The room is very clean , smell good .
The hotel was not too bad. However, the location was not close to any MRT station. There are some bus stops near by but they are 10 minutes walking distance. The wifi was slow.
The hotel is located between the Changyi airport and the city center on the East-West MRT line (green), around 10-15 minute walk from the MRT station. It's convenient for traveling to and from the airport, but not for in-and-out stops during the day (for example, if you plan to rest for a few hours ...
Overall. This hotel is terrible. Even they did not clean up my room during the day. Even giving a evaluation is waste of time !!!
The Hotel is in a Great Location and has a very busy area below full of restaurants and shops.... The breakfast is basically non existent.
