We had a very good time. Our room was clean and it was cozy. It is a tight space but the room has all the amenieties you'd need. You are definitely paying for the location, but if you like shopping and exploring ot is worth it. I would totally stay here again. Easy way to elevate a layover.

Sufficient for some sleep. Walls are thin and you can hear doors opening and closing. I even thought it was my door opening when a neighbor would open theirs. It may wake up light sleepers. Clean enough. The shower floods the bathroom due to the halfway glass opening design. Overall, okay enough. Pricey for what you get and I would look elsewhere for more comfort and better sleep.

This hotel is located inside the Jewel which is a huge mall. Multiple stores for shopping numerous resturants . You can access the metro and bus service from the location. It is located outside of the city.

Tiny rooms but fine for a flight layover. Be sure to book the reservation as needed. Standard seemed to be a 6 pm checkin and 9 am checkout. However, they also have day rates from 8 am - 10 pm.

6pm check in and 9am checkout was a bit of a shock and not so easy to work with but staff were good and we did get to checking at 5pm and they held our bags until check-in. Coffee and water machines throughout, massage chairs just inside and cute little coffee room which looks out to the vortex fountain and shopping mall. Power for charging phones etc was extremely slow. Rooms are very small, offering little opportunity for baggage storage, 2 average sized hand luggage wheelie cases at the mist fits into the rooms and you'll be tripping over them the whole time. Room service did not occur in our room even though we were out for over 8 hours one day during our stay. Clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Needs some maintenance though a/c control panel in our room didn't work, carpets looking like they've seen better days. Ok but I'd have preferred to spend more and stay at a conventional hotel.

The hotel does not offer breakfast, and there was no nearby place to eat or get coffee when I left at 6:30am. Two of the electrical outlets did not work. It was very clean and quiet.

So convenient for transitting and you can have a private room to rest and freshen up for your next leg of your journey. Provided essentials like shower gel and toothbrush and toothpaste. Enjoy the birds eye view of the Jewel and take a lift to the basement for cheap eateries and even the cinema to pass time.

Easy for our 2 night layover. Hard to find your room as it is a maze. Kept finding lost souls in the hallways yearning to get out. Could really use better signage to navigate back to lobby (unless that's not allowed for emergency exit reasons which were very clearly marked). Extremely small rooms. So much luggage we could access the bathroom and front door without moving things back and forth. Air con control was broken so they said they had to control from their desk but we kept having to call to adjust. No water pressure really. Free coffee machines in the hallways were nice to have. Obviously tons of food options in the Jewel and lots of public transportation since it's the airport.
