Great location in the Jewel! One negative about the Jewel though is that u have to exit through immigration to get there. The room was small as expected but good size bed for two, warm shower, enough space for sleeping. Easy check in and check out. One big issue was how sound travelled so easily, could hear ppl in other rooms and walking down the hallways. Also the bed was very uncomfortable sadly.
Super close to Terminal 2 for early morning flight & loved being right there inside the Jewel for fun evening & excellent food choices.
Service was poor. I got there a couple hours before check-in time of 6pm and they wouldn't even let me drop my bags, let alone get into the room without charging me extra. Will avoid in future.
What a great little gem! The room was super comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for a long Singapore layover.
Check in was quick and easy. Clerk was friendly and helpful. My cabin was clean with everything in working condition. Bed was comfortable and I heard no noise which allowed for a restful sleep! Internet was very good speed and TV had a good selection of channels.
I like it that it is close to places I need to go, very conveniently located. Thank you very much!
Convenient, clean, quick, comfortable. Everything you need for a few nights stay. Also it's in the Jewel - there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
