Here is a polished and grammatically correct version: --- The room is extremely cold despite turning the temperature up to the maximum. Also, the front desk failed to check in my second traveler, despite my communication with the Expedia online agent who said she had left a note for the hotel explicitly stating that my second traveler could check in. In addition, the shuttle to the airport filled up, and there was no backup option. I feel like I wasted my money staying at this hotel, especially since the main reasons I chose it were its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service—which was not provided.

Nice hotel, stayed before covid. They had a refurbishment but still saw a lot of things that need doing for safety loke by the roof pool, flooring bowed and a strip hazard. Only thing about rooms they need usb ports to charge phones.
