Location was awesome, next to food, and transport

Everything is good.Food is good. The plants around give fresh air to breath. All are clean and green

The location was good, easy to get around. Staff were nice and friendly, and happy to help with questions and issues. However, the hotel itself wasn't clean at all. The 2nd day, we saw cockroaches at our room, and noticed drinks left in thefride from previous guests. We called the manager right away, he was able to transferd us to a bigger room within an hour. We found ants in the new room but did not bother to contact the front desk again. Also the laundry area only had 3 washers and dryers, had to stand inline just to use the laundry. Overall, we like the staff but not the hotel itself, the hotel itsel needs an upgrade.

The hotel is nice and clean. They have a very nice swimming pool and lounging area on the 4th floor.

Good location and only few minutes walk to MRT and local bus stop right infront of hotel. However room is very tiny small and only good for single one person stay not even two people in a room. There single bed is not standard size. Is a very narrow small bed. Not a very comfortable bed and room. Would not recommend it. Lobby staff was not friendly with no smile and does not show welcoming. Hotel only looks good in the lobby nothing elese. WiFi speed in room was so so too. Bathroom was so tiny can only walk in one person. Do not choose this hotel. Bad service and bad size.

This hotel was okay, however I likely would look around for another option if I returned to Singapore. Walking into the lobby, I was surprised by the crowd - it's a very active hotel and had 100-150 guests hanging around, congregating, or checking in in the lobby. Even so, I was able to check in very quickly, and didn't have to wait very long for an elevator. The double room (2 people, queen bed) ended up being very tight quarters with not a lot of extra space. This is what is shown in the photos, so I wasn't expecting a huge amount of floorspace. It just ended up being hard for two people to unpack and repack. The room wasn't entirely soundproof, so definitely heard people passing in the hallway. Also, the AC vent above the door rattled to the point where we considered turning off the unit during the night so it wouldn't disrupt sleep. We were too exhausted to report the issue and have to move rooms, but it was annoying.

As soon as I checked in another guest was complaining and I was thinking why? When I got to my room that was booked for 2 I can see why he was complaining. You can’t possibly share a room in this hotel unless it’s a “suite” other wise go with a king and get your own room. Other then the size of the room the facilities and location were fine.

Nice stay, a very good location near MRT, a fantastic foodcourt 50m away from hotel.

Great hotel, near public transportation. Swimming pool was very nice and restaurants within walking distance.

small room at a very busy hotel

This hotel was okay, however I likely would look around for another option if I returned to Singapore. Walking into the lobby, I was surprised by the crowd - it's a very active hotel and had 100-150 guests hanging around, congregating, or checking in in the lobby. Even so, I was able to check in very quickly, and didn't have to wait very long for an elevator.
