The staff are very accomodating ,Good customer service . They able to help us and assisted us on all our concerned about our trip and cruise in Singapore.The room is very clean , smell good .

Hotel is about 3 miles from the airport which is very convenient. Free shuttle that runs every hour on the hour is not reliable- we ended up taking the cab after waiting (the hotel offered a refund which was nice). Room is spacious and clean. Although, our sink stopper was shut and could not be released to open thus water was not draining. Having came in from a late night flight into SG, it was very incinvenient for us since we had to wait for it to be fixed before we could use the bathroom facilities. Breakfast was good although, you can get it from the mall right accross the hotel for a lot cheaper. The hotel lobby reeks a strong cleaning solvent or air freshner it’s so offensive it hurts your nostrils.

Staff was very professional, airport shuttle runs on the hour, next to an upscale shopping mall with many places to choose to eat, short walk to the Singapore Expo Halls, washers/dryers on every floor, & very safe neighborhood.

Excellent hotel amenities, services, location and comfort. The staff just could not do enough for their guests. The knew me by name after the first day, knew what I drink and what food I liked and made some even if not on the menu that day. I am sure to stay there next time I am in Singapore.
Capri by Fraser is a Great place to stay close the airport and convention center. The space is modern and clean with great friendly staff. You can even go for a city bicycle tour with the General manager of the hotel every Thursday now thats friendly. Hotels like Capri by Fraser are the new age hotels that will change the way hotels do business !
Great location, easy to get to the airport, very clean room
We stayed at Capri By Fraser for only about 6 hours as we were in between flights. Based on the map, I expected the hotel to be a bit closer to the airport. A free hotel shuttle bus is available from the airport to the hotel but it only comes every 30 minutes. We had to take a taxi back to the airport in the morning and it was surprising expensive at 13 SNG. Checking into the hotel eas fine but when we got into our room, there was sand all over the bathroom floor, sink and counter. In addition, the hand soap was open and sitting in a shower cap. Not very reassuring. Beds and everything else was fine. We didn't change rooms as we barely had time to sleep. Upon check out we mentioned these things but didn't have time to wait for a manager to come and speak with us as the taxi was waiting and we had to catch our flight. Would I stay here again? Not sure. This all could have been a one off thing.

Had to find place close to the airport where I can stay overnight. This hotel was close enough, cheaper (and better) than Crowne Plaza and in convenient distance. Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean and comfy. Big TV.
I love this hotel to bits! What i like most is the fact that it has a mini area for cook with all necessary cutleries and utensils. Its near to the NTUC finest so getting grocerries is no problem. Alternatively, jus cheap to changi city point which is jus less than 5 mins walk away. Hotel room comes with a nice and big shower area too. Not forgetting, the nice smelling and soothing bathing necessities that they provide.
We had problems getting ahold of the hotel at the airport and the shuttle didn't arrive. However the hotel paid for our taxi and appologized for the confusion. The location was close to the airport and the MRT for quick access downtown. Room, & pool where beautiful and staff was very helpful.
