Check in and out was very quick and easy. Loved that they had shuttle service to hotel. Room was very clean with lots of extra towels. Plenty of food in to go boxes. Cleaning staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even after checkout.
Excellent customer service! Food at Rose and Compass excellent as well. My only issue was a noticeably strong smell of smoke that seemed to come out of nowhere and lasted several hours. I was in a no smoking room but the smell was enough to. Abuse some loss of sleep that evening.
The hotel was everything we were looking for. There are some areas close that we were told to not walk at night alone but overall the hotel was in a safe neighborhood. We will stay again when in Portland.
The room could’ve been more clean. There was hair and dirt on the bathroom floor.
The noon check out after 12 hours in a UHaul truck was wonderful.
Beautiful hotel with great staff! Need to advertise that parking is $50 per night or include in hotel rate. Quite a shock!
