Online purchase did not give the option to choose my seats like other airlines do. Got stuck in the farthest back row of plane. Also plane was very late both from San Diego to Vegas and even later Vegas to Portland, needing maintenance done to plane. No water offered in this heat and missing appointment I had. In San Diego airport when finally boarding, the staff at the gate were moving very slow as if oblivious to how much customers had been waiting to board. They were slowly moving people on and appeared to not care about their job and taking their time with small tasks. Very unprofessional. I’ve never had such a bad flying experience as I did with both Spirit flights we had on our way back to Portland.
