Flights Review

Feb 27, 2020

one complaint - all four legs of my Icelandair flights the cabin was rather cold - I dressed for that the last 3 - the first leg was a problem

Feb 21, 2020

Friendly and efficient flight crew. Thx!

Jan 19, 2020

being able to understand onboard announcements was difficult - volume low - so we did not catch that we had to claim our luggage before connecting to DTW from BOS

Jan 2, 2020

Very good flight, kid friendly, will select again with my kids

Nov 28, 2019

Keep Iceland Iceland.

Oct 28, 2018

no food was served only drinks and snacks if you paid. Very sharp staff.

Oct 12, 2018

The only downside was $69 to check a bag. At the gate we checked one of our carry-one for free

Sep 23, 2018

Everything was great, but the cost for checked bags is way too high. It’s already crappy having to pay to put your bag on a plane - as if there’s not already space - but $95 is way too steep. They also didn’t charge us for one of the checked bags the first time due to its size/weight but then charged us on the way back, so it seems arbritrary.

Sep 14, 2018

Disappointed the airline was not a TSA precheck participant and that even water was an extra charge on the flight.

Aug 21, 2018

$5 for earbuds and no complimentary snack service???
