On both legs of my flight to Florida my bag was entered by TSA. Looking in them is acceptable but not closing them is another story. They didn't have the decency to snap shut the belts on either end of the bag and the zipper was left open to the point that some items of clothing were ready to fall out onto the conveyor belt. Not acceptable and I'm pissed..
I fly a lot. I was impressed with comfortable seats & leg room. Tv monitors. I even applied for the JetBlue card.
Best customer service of any airline I have ridden in the last 15 years.....AA,Spirit, Frontier, SWA. So impressed and grateful.
I was almost denied a seat after I had a confirmed reservation. This is unacceptable behavior by the airline to do that to any passenger that has a confirmed paid for in advance flight
A bagel with butter or cream cheese would have been appreciated. I left home at 2.30 am for a 6.30 flight. It's unreasonable to expect me to pay $9 for some cold sandwich.
My power outlet didnt work and I couldn't use the entertainment cuz I didnt know I needed an app prior to departure:(
I paid for an upgrade to 1st class
Only complaint was we only had backpacks to carry on and no room in overhead so had to stash under seat. Too many big carryons!
