used to be a bad experience and staff was not friendly i was expecting the same this time - took united cause of an emergency and fastest flight - was happy with the improvement - the checking people were awesome - the onboard staff was a bit intimidating (strict attitude - not getting the right words here) - but were active, quick hardworking and helpful to everyone. Yea got the words - the warmth was missing a bit but there was no lack of service quality
