My partner was air sick for most of the flight and the cabin crew were helpful and kind.

Nov 18, 2019

Korean Air is all-together an outstanding airline with first class customer service at check-in, boarding, and in-flight.

Nov 15, 2019

Korean air is great, they will pack everyone in no time and plane will start to move ASAP. Once you get passed Korean people they’re culture is relatively a bit rough around the edges and they ignore the boarding zones it’s a free for all. Personal space is nonexistent and they will try to get rushed passed you. I would use again planes were on time and better than the other cheap Asian airline options.

May 24, 2019

All good, but food quality wasn't as good as expected. But sill much better service than any US based airlines.
