I was in Seoul, I went to GMP, but flight was from ICN. I took cab to ICN. Asiana staff at GMP called ahead to staff at ICN. They texted me where to go at ICN. Asiana staff at ICN was ready for me and made sure I got to my flight ok. I got to ICN 50 minutes before departure. So they really saved me

I was traveling with my grandmother who needed wheelchair assistance, and the staff were so helpful and kind. We were traveling to Japan, and while we didn't speak any Japanese, the flight staff were able to communicate with us in some English and were very patient.
