Staff was great and very helpful. Room was overall clean and staff tended to the room well each day, however bathroom tile, tub/shower, and sink areas were not in good condition. There is no effort to keep birds out of eating areas resulting in birds pecking at deserts and breads being served and customers being pooped on while dining!

Friendly staff and awesome bartenders.. the butlers were very nice and helpful.. Elias and Luis at lobby bar on family side were very knowledgeable! This property is beautiful BUT limited AC in certain areas only.. most restaurants and buffets didn’t have AC 😳 food was ok at both restaurants and buffets.. drinks were on point.. nice swimmable and walkable beach, but pools were warm and very packed with families.. not enough entertainment for older teenagers and sports bar had alot with small kids ..adult pool was nice but far walk..the timeshare people at check in lobby were a bit aggressive but we finally quit talking to them.. valet service guys were nice and fast!

We stayed at the South Tower. The hotel, staff, and room were extraordinary! The food and entertainment at every restaurant met all expectations (and we have a tough palate to please). We only spent time at the rooftop infinity pool because it was too amazing to switch up! The rooms have their own hot tub on the lanai, which was a wonderful surprise. The ONLY disappointing factor is the beach (lack there of). Do not go if you want a beautiful beach to relax on. It will disappoint - but the pool more than makes up for it.

Incredibly good experience, we would return. The only challenge at all is the crowds at dinner time. If you go during a busy time you can wait over an hour to eat dinner.
However on the plus side the staff are incredibly gracious, the facility is very nice, there's a lot of fun Hard Rock themed stuff, there are cool activities for the kids and for adults, and the entertainment team is top notch. It's just a great place to visit.
