Didn't have seat selection when I booked even though I paid for it.
First class on American is very good
I was disappointed that I was business class and my luggage was tagged as priority and came on almost after half the plane
Flight was delayed so they changed the gate TWICE. This was an inconvenience and I had to stay alert to become aware of these changes. Not what I expected.
Seats too small.
In back row listening to two flight attendants talking about bad experiences with flights and passengers wasn’t good. Don’t like paying to take luggage!
Alaska Airlines is great
Paid to choose seat. Did not get seat I chose.
