Flights Review

Thanks. Great service.

Jul 1, 2019

The seats sucked, felt like cardboard.

Nov 29, 2018

The seats are so hard and uncomforable.

Nov 5, 2018

This is the two-fold review: on the one hand it was one of the most frustrating flights I’ve ever encountered but on the other hand, the way Fronttier handled it and resolved it was near heroic and left me with an incredibly favorable impression. I’m sure the problem stemmed from the change in daylight savings, but the airline sent out a notification that the departure had been delayed by an hour. I double checked at 2:53 AM and repeated that the departure was delayed by an hour. So I adjusted my plans accordingly. On my way to the airport with two full hours to spare I triple check and discover that the departure was now brought forward and our essentially illuminating any window I had of making the flight and checking my bag. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. But I called Frontier‘s customer service, and spoke directly to the ticketing agent at the airport, and they figuratively, parted the Red Sea, to make sure I’ve made my flight. And as a result, five stars for Frontier.
