Flights Review

We did not make our connection because of the proposed orbitz plan. This makes me unhappy with orbitz. Most flights need at least an hour between to connect flights successfully.

The entire staff made a special effort to make up lost time, and did so successfully. Good job!

All of the staff at American were exceptional today. I was traveling with my wife, small child and dog. Everyone was kind and generous, and went above and beyond to make our trip not only smooth but memorable. With heartfelt thanks, The Smith Family

I was very impressed with the women behind the check in counter at the Austin airport. she asked me if i had anything liquid in my small, approved size luggage. i said i did. she told me that if i wanted to carry my bag on, i could throw the shampoo away and i wouldn't have to pay the $25.00. I was very thankful for her suggestion, but i am 84 yrs old and not able to lift my bag to the overhead bin. still, I thought she was very thoughtful and nice. Didn't think to get her name until it was too late. Carol Preece

Very last row seat not so great. Will have to book earlier to avoid. Also , so many people are not paying to have their carry-on ( which they had to leave at the sky deck) . I payed to have my luggage stored in the same space. Somehow doesn't seem fair or right.
