Located just eleven miles south of downtown Atlanta, the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (6000 North Terminal Parkway, Atlanta) is the primary airport serving the greater Atlanta area. Since traffic can be at a crawl during peak hours, the MARTA is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get to the airport, and a one-way fare is just $2.50. Many taxi and limousine companies in Atlanta offer airport transportation for about $30 from downtown or $40 from Buckhead. If you plan to drive your own car, you might want to choose Airport Park Ride (404-530-6725), which offers on-site parking for just $9 per day. Short-term, long-term, economy, and reserved parking will cost you anywhere from $12 to $36 per day.
The Pensacola International Airport (2430 Airport Boulevard, Pensacola) is located less than five miles south of the city with easy access via 9th and 12th avenues.
