Extremely happy with Delta!

Apr 23, 2018

Flight 693 (4/14/18 at 8:50 am) was delayed due to an engine problem. Your employees including pilot, flight crew, stewards and airport personnel went out of their way to handle this delay in a positive way. I feel like they went over and above with their professional courteous behavior. They deplaned us immediately after discovering the problem; they offered us snacks, drinks and lunch; kept us informed of the status of our flight as we waited; and the pilot went around and spoke with the passengers individually offering support while we waited. Your airline was able to send us a new plane within 5 hours which I recognize is a huge accomplishment. Thank you Delta for your wonderful customer service. I will be telling all of my friends about this positive experience! Sincerely, Sherri Sherman Reichgott
