Seats are too small

Jan 24, 2020

While waiting at the gate I met the pilot&we talked for a few minutes. He was very kind person. He asked if I was from Indiana or vacationing. I explained that our daughter&her family moved there after her husband got out of the Army & I was going to our grandsons birthday party. As I was exiting the plane he was standing outside the cockpit&said have fun at the birthday party. That's a very kind, caring person:)

Thank you a good flight.

Issue with return flight. I ordered our tickets four months in advance. We arrived at the airport more than two and a half hours in advance of the departure time. The three of us should have been seated together. Or at least very near one another. According to the boarding agent the flight was full, however there were several stand by customers that were seated on the flight. Not to mention there were at least three or four empty seats after we took off. Other than this small but significant issue, everything else was great. Thanks

From Austin to Atlanta it was great, with staff, Wi-Fi , comfortable seating but from Atlanta to Indianapolis, not so much.
