The captain and a gentleman who assisted Henry out of the plane and in his wheelchair were wonderful!!!!!!
American Airlines does a wonderful job every time I use them.
Woman next to me had bad cold / she coughed like a 5 year old - coughed the entire flight - no place to go but sit there - not United’s fault but bad - she should be alone - desert island
I wasn’t able to select my seats, but I was very happy and grateful that I was able to sit next to my husband on the first flight and close to him on the second. I didn’t expect to get good seats!
Plane ride was comfortable trip was good
The seats are so close together I was Almost sitting in the lap of the man next to me on the flight to ft, Wayne, plus lots of turbulence which was due to the weather, not pilot's poor navigation. I felt the flight attendant was more professional and friendly on the way back to ATL than the one to Ft, Wayne. she was smacking gum the whole flight.
Great flights on time.
Don't like having to pay extra to check a bag.
It was decent.
I take this flight almost every month. It is late almost every month :((
