Overall, our stay was unsatisfactory. Upon entering the room, we found human hair in both beds, and the visible wrinkles and condition of the sheets clearly indicated that the bedding had not been changed at all. This is a serious hygiene failure. We contacted the front desk and showed her the issue; she acknowledged it and moved us to another room. To make matters worse, when we extended our stay by booking directly with the hotel, we discovered that the rates charged were unreasonably higher, which further confirmed that we would not consider staying here again...

Hotel located within easy walking distance from Borough tube station, Borough Market, the Thames and Tower Bridge/London. Price per night is reasonable for location. Full english breakfast was an extra 20 and was worth it. Room available had a twin bed plus 2 single cots. Rooms was barely large enough for the bedding. Washroom was a decent size for London with a full tub and shower. Hotel is tucked away from the sidewalk front buildings. Area is dirty and busy. Staff is friendly with easy smiles. Would stay here again due to its value given it is London.
