Staff not well trained, shuttle is shared between hotels and was full twice resulting in my waiting over 50 minutes at the airport to be picked up and then an hour to get back to the airport. Had I known, I would have stayed at the airport as losing 2 hours when traveling is frustrating. Hotel room was clean, water pressure in shower poor. Bed comfortable.

Front desk at check in were friendly & professional. Gave details of hotel facilities as well as options for dining in the area. Room was spacious with king size bed which was comfortable. Amenities in room included microwave, fridge, coffee pod machine, room safe, ironing board, armchair & desk area. Overnight stay between flights. Shuttle available to & from the airport is handy. Happy with my stay at Grand Park Hotel

It was a clean facility and comfortable for last minute booking when I did not make my connecting flight. Not hotel issue really but bad behaviour of other guests heard in halls after midnight- sigh! Perhaps a little more sound proofing. They have attempted to update it but a few more touches would be wonderful. Overall an ok place before a flight.

Disappointed. Poorly maintained. Empty body wash in shower. Hairs on bathroom floor. Had to move furniture to get sufficient plugs for electronic devices. Heavy dust on baseboards and under furniture. Window closure broken so window could not be fully closed. Restaurant tables and seating were old and uncomfortable. Restaurant food very poor. Wait staff was pitiful; lady sat behind a desk and barely looked up from her phone and disappeared into the kitchen when I went over to pay my bill. Do not stay at this hotel.
