Be our guest and enjoy the amazing views from this condo. You have unobstructed views from Seagull Retreat located on the top floor of the northeast side of B Building.

Stocked with everything that you will need to have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation experience. The north beach area is more residential and as a result, is the more quiet end of the island. The north beach is a great place to catch a gorgeous Tybee sunset. You will enjoy watching the dolphins play and the ships coming in and out of the Savannah Port from the privacy of your own balcony. Or step out to the beach and get your toes in the sand.

This condo offers a 50" smart television in the living room, a 32" smart tv in the bedroom, and wifi throughout. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom.

NO GOLF CARTS, NO TRAILERS, NO PETS ALLOWED ON SITE. SBRC IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX. NO SMOKING ON THE GROUNDS, HALLWAYS, COMMON AREAS, OR IN THE CONDO. I really enjoyed my stay here and the view was amazing. I would stay here again, for sure, but there are just a few things I want to note for folks to be aware of. It doesn't note that the beach is technically the Savannah River. I was sad about that because you're not really getting waves or the scent of the ocean. You need to go to North Beach for that (a very short drive, but you have to pay for parking at 4/hour). There is also a water heater in the unit that hums VERY loudly, so if you're a sensitive sleeper like me, bring your meds and have some kind of white noise on your phone to help you sleep. I had trouble sleeping because of that. This is also a condo that allows people to smoke on their balconies and I had a smoker right above me, which meant I couldn't keep my balcony door open or spend much time on my balcony, which really affected my experience. Can we make this a non-smoking property?! That really takes away from the experience. Finally, if you are sensitive to strong detergents, bring your own towels because the towels have very strong scents. Like I said, I would still come back. I'm not sure you'd get these views or beach access like this elsewhere and North Beach is great. You DO need a car to get around though! This beach is nice for morning and evening walks, but not for your actual beach experience. The staff was very responsive to my needs and it was super easy to get there and get in. And I DID see dolphins!

The unit was very clean and inviting. We had a beautiful view of the ocean! Sadly, through no fault of the owner, we had very cold and windy conditions and did not get to enjoy the pool or the beach. But we enjoyed the restaurants near the condo and even played pickle ball one day. My only negative was that this unit is directly over the laundry room which was extremely loud many times throughout our stay. I also found the key situation a bit odd. Only the main key from the lock box appeared to work well. The biggest negative was that there was a cleaner at the door at EXACTLY 10AM on the day of checkout. While i understand the need to get the property ready for the next renter, my husband and i were packed and just needed a few minutes to get things out and the man was very rude to us as we were doing our best to get out. I feel that was unnecessary and ended our stay in a negative way.

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT! The views were beautiful from our patio. We saw alot of cargo ships. Close to everything: shops, restaurants and grocery store. Our favorite restaurant was The Original Crab Shack (a must try)! The host here at the condo was amazing. Checked in on us via text, to see if we needed anything and to let them know if we did. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect for the 2 of us. Would highly recommend and looking forward to staying in the future. Thank you.

The. Condo was located ina very nice area. It was easy to access. The condo was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The complaint I have is the bed was not of our liking. The head board was broken and the bed really squeaked every time we moved. The bed room was so small I had to slide side ways between the wall and bed to get into bed.Overall,it was a nice place to stay regardless of my concerns.

The building is run down and creaky. The seemingly new paint was cracked and walls bulging. It was creaky and scary when stepping in the shower which badly needed soap scum removed. The bed made loud noise with any move and my back now hurts after sleeping in it. However, the sheets did appear clean. I didn't feel comfortable in the living room after dark because the room faced a building and the curtains were see through. The view of water was good and saw ships and dolphins. Property manager was prompt in responses. But, I would not stay again.

Condo is as described and seen in the photos. There are A/C units for the complex that are pretty loud if you’re in a top floor condo. My wife is a light sleeper and really didn’t get a full nights sleep for four consecutive nights.And, the pool needs better maintenance. The filter system is not working; and if the pool guy comes (3 of 4 days, he didn’t) he only skims the bugs and gunk out. By midafternoon it’s gross again.Overall the property is fine. Communication with the condo owner was excellent.Having Huc-a-poos within walking distance is nice
