Love this place !

This place never disappoints, very clean , comfortable , hot real breakfast, very very nice Day time staff , I’ve stayed twice already and plan on again , also everything you need is either at the hotel or around you . Btw housekeepers may wanna wait before coming in ur room before checkout , would be my only thing , don’t assume people left, could be a simple mistake def going back thanks Tru.

We've stayed here a few times and this time I need some extras due to recovering from a foot surgery. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating with my need for extra pillows to elevate my foot, and delivered it to our room within minutes. If you're staying in Chicopee, stay at the Tru.
