What a beautiful home and property! I loved the large family room and cozy bedrooms. The layout of everything suited our family well. The kitchen is small but very functional. The bathroom is tiny and was a challenge at times with five different people needing it. But it was nothing we couldn’t work through, and we would 100% stay here again. The home is easy walking distance from east beach—just a couple of minutes. The sunrises were beautiful. We also had a feline visitor to our porch a couple of times which, as cat owners, made us feel right at home. There is an outdoor shower/shoe rinse spot on the north side of the house, also, which was essential!

Quaint little Cottage House

Loved this little cottage! Perfect getaway for our anniversary. Coziest beds, perfect location and literally a two minute walk to the quiet side of the beach! Will book again! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was just as advertised. It was inviting and cozy. The location to the beach was the cherry on top. Going to the beach didn’t have to be an event because we were so close. We visited the beach often.

Great little house for beach stay

House was small, but perfect for the two of us; sun room is an awesome space. Very short walk to the beach boardwalk. A pleasant surprise that the “Sugar Shack” ice cream shop is across the street

36th wedding anniversary get away

Southern Belle

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Belle. Great location, we walked to beach, convenience store, ice cream store, liquor store and brewery. Also drove down the island, and found great stops along the way. The house was lovely, especially the great room. Our only complaint was the tv situation. We have Roku at home as well, but all of our passwords are on our home tv. So it was hard to watch what we wanted to watch. We stayed in Savannah with another Roku tv, and had same issue. I guess it’s a money saver for landlords, but disappointing for tenants.

Truly enjoyed staying at Sea Oats. The property was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for visitors to relax. Small bath but did the job. The dryer squeaked a bit upon starting and needs a new lint filter. These are very minor things. We found the location to have super easy access to the beach & easy to cross Hwy 80 the next street over to get the brewery and wonderful restaurants. Overall, a great stay!

First time on Tybee island.

It was good but need more info about where the pool was,we never seen it. And we used Google maps to find the way to the beach. But the cottage was clean , but need to upgrade to a kcup coffee machine.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described in the photos. Excellent location. Close to restaurants and convenient stores in walking distance. The living room was very comfortable and great selections on the tv. Our only concern was some small maintenance issues with windows and flooring and the bedrooms were small.

Cutest cottage with short walk to beach

The Sea Oats Cottage was exactly what my mom and I needed for our Turkey Day getaway. It was cute, very clean, and well stocked. It was in a great location as the rest of Tybee is a quick 5 minute drive down 80, Savannah is 30 minutes away (with beautiful views coming and going), and the beach is a short 5 minute walk down 2nd Ave with a great boardwalk to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay last week!

Great location

This little house was close to the east shore boardwalk so we never had to pay to patk and the beach was wonderful. Tiny home but was good for our family. I do wish they had some glass baking dishes so I could have used the oven. When we had an issue with the air conditioning it was quickly fixed. The host checked to make sure we were happy and were helpful when we needed them. We would love to come back and stay here again.
