The house itself on the inside was very well done as far as the aesthetic, plus amenities such as washer/dryer, toiletries, and k cups, which was nice to have if needed.
The bad was the location of the unit was in a sketchy looking neighborhood and was pretty trashy outside. The location when informing locals where the unit was all had the same reaction. That is a horrible area to be in and you need to be careful. Thankfully we didn’t hang around the area except to sleep at night and gone during the day. The unit listing was said to have “AC” however the whole unit had one AC window unit in the living room designed for cooling a 250sq ft space for the whole unit. It was insanely hot with temperatures of 112-114° during the day. When we first arrived to the unit at 2AM the thermostat on the wall (which didn’t have any function except to tell the temperature) was showing 93° in the house. We spent the first 2 nights out of 4 unable to leave the living room due to every other room in the unit being 90+° up until about 4-5am with a slight reduction to about 85° at the lowest. On the 3rd day Deon was able to bring another brand new window unit to help cool one of the bedrooms but for liability issues maybe?? His worker was only able to drop off the unit, I had to install this window AC unit myself after paying a hefty amount for my stay.
Overall, I will not be staying at this unit again as the cost paid was way too high to be drenched in sweat all night.
