The location was perfect. It allowed us to walk to our destinations. It is perfectly located for Old Sacramento and the Golden 1 Center. The strafff was very friendly and accommodating to all of our needs and requests. The rooms were fine. The whole hotel could use a little update on rooms. On a whole the lobby was decorated nice and the ambience was perfect. The family enjoyed their stay. Thanks to the wonderful front desk, the bell hops, and manager who greeted us each day.

Had a room on the 8th floor this time around and loved it. From the front desk staff, to the housekeepers and other hotel in between are alwsys, polite and professional. This is one of my favorite places to stay when im visiting Sacramento. King bed with sofa nice and roomy, had a great view of all the coming and going from old sac. Less than 5-10 min walk to restaurants, Golden 1 center and K st where all the action happens!! The only negatives is that the hotel needs a makeover most of the rooms are old and dated other than that it’s a great hotel mid range 3 star!

Far too noisy, right off a loud highway. I asked the front desk person to put me in a room far away from the highway. She agreed but then when I went to the room they gave me, it was one room away from the highway. I responded back to them and was only given "Sorry" and not alternative. Rooms were also available. Hotel is old and not in great shape. Bright side was the Restaurant staff for breakfast was great! Also, it is a decent location as you can walk the tunnel to old sacramento...but that walk can be sketchy as there are homeless. It is very close and easy walk to the Golden 1 as well. However, I would not stay here again. Its not great nor good.

Location was perfect if looking for an Old Sac experience or visiting Golden 1 Center. The parking cost was $45 which was not disclosed in the advertisement. Breakfast is not included it’s $29 per person. Overall stay was good.
