I had loud neighbors who I reported to the front desk. The front desk called the room and they seemed to calm down. A little later, I could smell and smoke seeping into my room coming from the same neighbors. The front desk was nice enough to call them, but the smoking continued through the night. They could not move me because the hotel was full. Room was nice and remodeled

Person at the desk was very nice and helpful I didn’t like there wasn’t an elevator And you could hear toilets flushing in other rooms all night long Walls are a bit thin Other than that Beds were comfy sheets and blankets are clean room and bathroom are clean Thank you

It was a peaceful ans pleasant stay, thank you :) My bed sheets had some stains on them upon arrival. Also, room service came while we were away but did not sweep the floor where some peanut shells had fell. The stairwell had the same litter on it from the previous day. However, I am grateful they did change our trash. The vending machine for drinks gave out warm drinks. Also our tap water changed colors. Overall, it was a great stay for an affordable price. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

This is not the first time we stayed at this hotel, but this recent stay did not go well with us. Dirty tub. Disgustingly dirty shower curtain, stinking commode. Dirty floor.

Had to wait over 10 minutes for the front desk person to check me in - she was no where to b found. There were no blinds on the window. The lock on the door was missing!!! Fridge was not cold. There is no closet. Two thirds of shampoo but no conditioner. The hallway had a carpet power cleaner. The breakfast was ok - but only lasted until 9:30.
