Hotel was very convent to the airport and had food options nearby. The photos provided make the hotel look a lot nicer than it is. The property is clean but is a bit run down. The tiles around the bath were starting to come off the wall. The rooms door handle was very loose and made opening the door difficult. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our room and staff quickly moved us to a new room. The shampoo and body wash was empty in the dispencer and housekeeping was told. It took hours for them to come with refills and even at that it was just left for us to refill but you had to have a key to open the dispenser.

Average hotel room and decent breakfast. Only disposable plastic and paper cups though at breakfast. Rooms are moderately noisy from fridge and AC. If you are noise-sensitive (like me), bring ear plugs.

Not my cup of tea. But it served its purpose.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy. I booked because it had a pool. Unfortunately, it was not open. The first room smelled funny, but the front desk quickly changed the rooms. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. Worst nights sleep ever. The staff were professional and nice to everyone.

I was only there for 5-6 hrs, so not a lot of time to rate something. Will say that the man on duty when I checked in at 2AM went above and beyond to be helpful.

They did not have a room with two beds for us when we arrived. We were told those rooms are given away on a first come, first served basis, and because we arrived late, they were gone. I pointed out that I had called to alert them to our late arrival and they did then “find” a room for us. The shuttle came almost immediately to pick us up at the airport, which was great, and everyone was friendly. The bathroom smelled like weed and the breakfast was mediocre, but that last fact makes sense given the price point.

This BW was in disrepair, it was dirty, and noisy! For a company that has a presence in nearly 100 countries, operating nearly 4,500 hotels it would seem that BW would want to make sure that they all were brought up to the highest standard than this one was! Chipped paint, damaged furniture, dirty curtains, shower shelves falling off and a shower track that leaked! UNACCEPTABLE!
