We enjoyed the natural environment with wildlife and waterfalls, the delicious food and drinks, the attentive staff, the beautiful pools, and beach. Unfortunately, the seaweed was very thick on the beach during our visit but good attempts were made to remove it.

This is my 2nd stay on this property. It has changed since my 1st. The most remarkable is the wildlife on the property is amazing. Many Caotis, Flamingos, Neutra looking rodents, tortoise, and Peacocks. I learned they caged the howling monkeys. Didn't see any this time but occasionally heard them, unlike last time I saw them a great deal during my stay.. Did see a couple spider monkeys. I enjoyed the monkeys most.

Very nice hotel , negatives the rooms are outdated need a little TLC, but very clean , the food is very good. The beach beautiful. The staff is excellent. It is close to playa del carmen , you take a taxi for 10 dollars from the hotel to plays del carmen . I will come back next year.

This property was very clean and well kept. I went as a solo female traveler and I felt safe at all times. I feel like Iberostar properties are very eco friendly. I loved the wildlife all around the property.

Very tropical, lush vegetation well taken care of. The only negative thing I found was breakfast buffet the wait staff was slow to serve you felt even looked over to get coffee even if they walked close by. Ore cleaning off tables

I really liked the layout of the resort. Walking on the boardwalks through the jungle to the pool was a beautiful journey to take every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Location is beautiful, beach and pool are excellent - food was great lots of variety. Whole resort is clean, well kept and beautiful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and very clean! This place is gorgeous - excellent and reasonbly priced. We recommend and would definitely go back!

We have stayed here 4 times. Really like the beach area. Rooms could use more outlets- we brought an extender with additional outlets. Food is good no great, but could always find something good. Staff is friendly. Not aggressive with time share pitch. They will bring it up, but didn’t push when we declined.

Amazing resort

Our stay was amazing. The resort is beautiful. So many animals. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and well maintained. If you want quiet book a room away from the theater. Booking a cabana decreases the stress of finding chairs by the pool. We will definitely return to this location.
