We were first put into an accessible jr suite room that had a view of some roof. I asked for a better room with a view and had to take a downgrade for it. I wasn’t impressed. The bed had quite a dip. The furnishing was scanty. The tv didn’t work. There were dings in the furniture and doors. It was okay but not what I expected from a hotel with a great reputation. I’d give the hotel maybe 3.5 star rating. The room service was good but ridiculously expensive. I’ll stay elsewhere next time I’m in YOW.

We love staying at the Westin Ottawa. This was again a great stay however our room was quite loud all night so unfortunately did not get a very good sleep. The valet parking and check-in were quick and easy! I had poached eggs on avocado toast for breakfast at their restaurant which was 10/10!!
