Belmont Towers has been our go to location for the past 10 years. We have stayed in townhouse units and condos. Our favorite view is from condo units ending 07. Layout is great, kitchen well equipped

The view was amazing, but the inside of the property was not. We had to mop the floor, wash sheets and towels, and fix the dryer vent the day we arrived. It needs a thorough cleaning, especially under furniture and on the dressers behind the TVs. Under the beds are filthy, the bathtub in the master bath was dirty, and the list goes on. We have stayed at Belmont Towers a few times, and this is not up to the standards that we are used to compared to other units there.

Decent place, but wasn't cleaned

The place is nice and in a good location, but it was gross when we arrived (feces and urine on the toilets, sticky stains on the dinner table, sand on the floor and in the bed sheets). when i reached out to the property manager to express my concern, they responded but did not address the actual complaint at all (just a canned, unhelpful response)

Sisters and cousins

The place was so dirty. There was hair on every bed. Boogers on the wall. None of the windows were windexed. We wore shoes/flip flops the whole time bc the floors were so sticky and sandy. Our feet were black! All the furniture was so old we sunk in the chairs. The WiFi never worked!!!! None of the TVs ever worked. Turned on but no remote ever worked!!! I don’t even think they went to the right tv. We wasted so much of our time following directions during the rounders on and off and it still didn’t work it was such a waste of time. I had to watch TV on my phone. There was no blackout curtain so the sun was right in your eyes in the morning and the location is really noisy. there were no toiletries except for whatever toilet paper was left in the toilet paper holder already but no extra ones just a half a roll left the towels that they provided were so paper thin and cheap. It was like a three dollar towel you would get at Dollar General. It looks like those floors have not been mopped or swept in three years. There was just hair everywhere. I went to the bathroom. I got up and there was a pub on the wall and one stuck on my leg and I was the first one to use the bathroom and they weren’t mine.

This is always our favorite place on the boardwalk to stay. Great location!! Clean and spacious condo with beautiful views of the beach. We come back every year. Highly recommend.

Excellent location! Unit needs some upgrades (painting, slacking couch, very uncomfortable bed in middle room, dining room chair seats sunken and uncomfortable and several legs wobbly and ready to break).

Great location but needs updated and cleaning

Great location. This is the second time we have stayed at 2 Dorchester St however, this location is sadly in need of a serious updating of all furniture, beds & decorations. It doesn’t have a direct view to the boardwalk (which they should’ve spelled that out - a little vague) but, first day there my feet were coal black! And no, I did not walk out onto the veranda without my slippers on. All the furniture is in poor shape and/or needing updated. Beds sagged and had no support as did the pull out couch. Freezer did not freeze well as we bought popsicles for the grandkids and didn’t freeze after 15 hours plus, ice maker isn’t functional.We stayed here two years ago and that condo was directly on the boardwalk (which isn’t a big game changer) but, it was EXTREMELY clean and very modern.

Family Getaway

Had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and ready for us to spend the week. So close to the boardwalk and the views from the balcony and windows were awesome. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

Great girls trip weekend on the boardwalk!

Stay was comfortable woth great views from the balcony. Only downside was that the garbage trucks came to pick up large dumpsters outside at nearby businesses at the crack of dawn and woke us up from the noise at 5:45 am on a Saturday. Other than that...great place

Awesome location

Great location, amazing views. We saw dolphins early morning right after sun rise. Big balcony, spacious rooms, beach and ocean just steps away as this is right on the boardwalk!! Perfect ocean city vacation.

Furniture

This condo really needs a furniture update. The pictures show nice, newer-looking furniture. Unfortunately, this wasn’t true. All the furniture had covers over them . . . even the dining chairs ! There was only one blue wicker chair not 2 as the picture showed. The balcony is really small and only fits 2 old rocking chairs. For the price I paid for this condo it shouldn’t have old, covered furniture in it. Also the door to the living room balcony was broken with caution tape over it. This was not fixed till the last full day of our vacation. The location was exactly what we wanted. The security of this building was great.
