These rooms are very tiny. I mean way tinier compared to other places be prepared for that. The place is outdated. The pictures are kind of deceiving. I believe they are very generic and old pictures.

Location was perfect and the room was clean however needs repairs and updating. Wallpaper peeling in areas. All of the light fixtures were broken or damaged. For the cost, a room in better condition was expected. The staff was super polite and helpful.

Sean checked us in around 11pm. I just want to mention how incredibly friendly and personable he was! Very good location. The room and lobby was clean.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is an interesting hotel close to Times Square. The hallway to our room was a bit trippy, I felt like I was walking through an optical illusion. I also could not get the room temperature cooler than 73 degrees, which made sleeping difficult for me. I would recommend because of the staff and the price.

Amazing staff and excellent location, the room we had was a bit quirky with the bed up against the window wall, and a bit tight, bathroom was also a bit tight, the shower was great. The location is right in the middle of everything.

As I walked into the room, I thought it was bigger because that’s how it seems on the pictures and videos. The side of the wall near the bed was peeling off. The sink was clogged and we tried to unclog it but it would not unclog. In the future, I wouldn’t be booking with 45 Times Square Hotel. Thank you :)

Great location for travellers. Smaller rooms. But you arent in the room the entire time since youre having a great time in NYC. Highly recommend it. Theres a good on the go breakfast spot a couple doors down. And its right near times square. Even if something is going on the rooms are extremely quiet and comfortable.

The room is clean, cool vibe, and actually large by past nyc hotel experiences. Staff thoughtful and helpful. However one of the elevators isn’t working.
